Power Snatch/Pull-up/STOH/T2B

AMRAP 12: 5 Power Snatches (135/95) (95/65) 10 Pullups 5 STOH (135/95) (95/65) 10 T2B

Rules: Before the workout begins, teammates must choose (2) movements to be performed during the entirety of the workout. For example teammate #1 does Power Snatch/T2B and teammate #2 does Pull-ups/STOH. They CANNOT switch movements. Reps must be completed by the designated teammate and in the order above.

Power Snatch: The bar must touch the floor each time and finish overhead with the knees, hips, and elbows fully extended. The feet must be under the hips. Press-outs are allowed, but cannot be turned into a clean and jerk/press. The bar cannot touch the shoulders or head, cannot be pressed out from below eye level, and cannot completely stop or descend after the bar has passed the hips. Deadlift into hang snatch is allowed. Full “squat” snatches and split snatches are allowed, but not required.

Pull-ups: The athlete's chin must break the plane of the bar. The arms must be fully extended at the bottom of the movement.

Shoulder-to-Overhead: The bar must go from the shoulder to the overhead position with elbows, hips, and knees fully extended with the bar over the body. The press, push press, push jerk, and split jerk are acceptable

T2B: The feet must break the plane of the bar with both feet MAKING CONTACT with the bar inside the athlete’s hands. The bar may be touched with the toes, top, or bottom of the feet.

Scoring: Total reps.
