For Time

(8 Minute Cap) 150 Wall Balls (20/14) 300 Double Unders (150 Double Unders - Novice)

Rules: Teams will get 8 minutes to complete 150 Wall Balls followed by 300 Double Unders. Teams will receive a one (1) second penalty for each rep not completed within the time cap. Only one team member may work at a time.

Wall Ball:The athlete must pass through a full squat (hip crease below the knee) and contact the line/target at or above the appropriate level.

Double Unders: The rope must completely pass under the feet twice. If the rope is trapped under the feet on the second pass, the rep does not count.
