SuperFit Games is proud to present its second East Coast Championship February 7-8, 2015 at the Greater Richmond Convention Center! This is a 2 day competition that includes two 1-day Team SuperFit Competitions and a 2 day individual "Pro" Division Competition.
Saturday Divisions: RX (MM/MF/FF) Masters (40+)(MM/FF)
Sunday Divisions: Novice (MM/MF/FF) Teen (14-18)(MM/FF)
Notes on the Divisions:
RX - Should be able to complete "Girl" workouts as prescribed. Often times weights can be heavier than those "Girl" workouts. Please look at workouts from previous SuperFits (all posted on our website) for general guidelines for weights and movements.
Novice - Novice division workouts will closely resemble those in the RX division, but the loading, reps, and difficulty will be reduced. Movements that may appear in Novice division workouts include: double unders, pullups (chin over bar), and toes to bar.
Masters - Masters division workouts will closely resemble the loading, reps, and difficulty seen in the Novice Division. In order to be on a Masters team, BOTH team members must be 40+.
Teen - Teen division workouts will closely resemble the loading, reps, and difficulty seen in the Novice Division. In order to be a team in the Teen Division, BOTH team members must be 14-18 and MUST have their parents sign their waiver.
