RX and Masters Divisions


3rm OHS

Rules: Teams will have 5 minutes to find a 3rm OHS for each team member. Only one team member may lift at a time. The bar must be pulled from the ground. Score will be total weight between teammates.

OHS: With the bar overhead, the athlete must pass through a full squat (hip crease below the knee). Hips and knees must be fully extended at the top of the movement with the arms locked out.

Youth Divisions

Max Rep Pullups

Rules: Teams will have 4 minutes to perform as many pullups as possible. Teammates may switch at any point. Only one person may work at a time.

Pullups: With the arms fully extended at the bottom of the movement, athletes must have their chin break the plane of the bar to complete a rep.
