We are all looking forward to a great competition this Saturday! Below you will find a schedule for the day, as well as some additional event information. Please note that workouts will not be released until Thursday morning; Workout #1 at 8am, #2 at 10am, and #3 at Noon. They will be posted on our website and facebook page.
We will have an early check-in at CrossFit RVA from 6:00-7:00pm. Saturday check-in starts promptly at 7:15am and ends promptly at 8:15am. If you can make early check-in, it will help things run smoothly on Saturday. In order to ensure the event runs on schedule, please check in on time.
Team SuperFit Richmond will be comprised of 3 events with a Final Workout for the top 5 teams in each division.
Heat Lists - There will be 2 competitions areas at Team SuperFit Richmond. PLEASE pay attention to which competition area your team has been assigned for each event. Heat lists will be updated as late as Saturday Morning.
Competitor and Spectator Set-up
In order to accommodate this sold-out event, we are using CrossFit RVA’s workout areas to the fullest. To ensure there is plenty of space for competitors to compete and warm-up, as well as the best possible views for spectators, we encourage all participants to set up their camp area outside. CrossFit RVA has a large loading dock area in the back available to set up tents/canopies. Please utilize this area behind the building rather than the parking lot or the front/street side of the building.

Scoring: We are using place points scoring. Points will be awarded based on the standings of the athlete in that given event. First places gets one point, and whoever has the least number of points at the end of the day wins. Unless ties determining overall placing at the end of the day, or entry into the final workout, will be broken by whoever had the highest place across any of the day’s workouts. The Final WOD will be for the top 5 athletes in each division and will be worth double points; first place 2 points, seconds place 4, etc..
Spectator Fee is $10, cash only. Kids 16 and under are free.
