Max Squat Clean Thruster

In 6 minutes:

Teams will have 6 minutes to establish a max squat clean thruster. Only one team member may work at a time.

Squat Clean Thruster: The movement must be completed in one motion. The bar must be pulled from the floor with the athlete passing through a full squat (hip crease below the knee) and finishing with the bar over the body. Hips, knees and elbows must be fully extended.

Scoring: Total weight between team members.
