Row/OHS/Box Jump

AMRAP 2 Max Calorie Row 30sec rest AMRAP 2 Max OHS (135/95) (95/65) 30sec rest AMRAP 2 Max Box Jump (30/24) (24/20)

Rules: Teams will receive 2 minutes at each stations to perform as many reps as possible with a 30 second transition b/w stations. Only one teammate may work at a time.

Row: Teams will row for as many calories as possible in 2 minutes.

Overhead Squat: With the bar overhead, the athlete must pass through a full squat (hip crease below the knee). Hips and knees must be fully extended at the top of the movement with the arms locked out.

Box Jumps: The athlete must finish on top of the box with hips and knees fully extended before performing the next rep. No bounding off the box and then reaching extension.

Scoring: Each team will receive a rank for each movement with their overall rank for the event determined by the aggregate total their ranks for each movement.
