Max Rep: Thrusters

Rules: Athletes will start off by completing 7 unbroken Thrusters at the top of the minute. (95/65rx) (65/45n) Athletes will continue to add 10# and complete 7 UB Thrusters each minute. The workout ends when an athlete is no longer able to complete 7 UB Thrusters in a minute. If the bar is dropped the workout is over. Athletes may pause in the rack position as long as the bar is not dropped.
