8 Minutes to Establish a Max Complex:

1 squat clean + 1 front squat

Rules: Teams will have 8 minutes to work up to a max complex between each teammate. The complex must be performed without dropping the bar. ***The Kicker*** Teams will have the option start the workout with as many burpees as they want! For each burpee, teams will receive 2# added to their total complex weight. However, once teams begin their complex attempts, they MAY NOT do any more burpees. ***For Example*** If Team A begins the workout by doing burpees for 4 minutes, they will have the remaining 4 minutes to reach their max clean.

Squat Clean: The barbell must be pulled from the floor each rep and pass through a full squat (hip crease below the knee). Hips and knees must be fully extended (locked out) at the top with both feet under the hips and elbows in front of the bar.

Front Squat: The hip crease must pass below the knee, returning to a standing position with the hips and knees fully extended.

Scoring: Total Score =[Total Burpees x 2] + Max Complex #1 + Max Complex #2
