Max Rep HSPU (Hand Release Pushups scaled/titan w/ vest)

Max Rep Kettlebell Snatch (24/16 RX and Masters, 16/8 Scaled, 32/24 Titan)

Max Rep C2B Pullups (Chin over bar pullups masters/scaled, titan w/ vest)

 

Rules:

Athletes will receive 3 minutes at each station to perform as many reps of HSPU, KB Snatch, and C2B pullups.  There will be a 1 min transition between stations.

 

HSPU:  Each athlete will use one abmat and two (2) 25# plates.  Hands may not be placed outside of the plates.  The athlete must kick up to the wall into a full lockout position before attempting the first repetition.  The head must make contact with the abmat and the arms must be fully locked out, with both feet against the wall at the top of the movement.  For hand release pushups, the chest must make contact with the floor.  Athletes will release their hands from the floor and pushup into a full lockout position with elbows fully extended.

 

KB Snatch: The kettlebell must pass behind the knees and finish above the head and over the body in one motion, with the hips, knees, and elbows fully extended.  The kettlebell may not pause at the shoulder and then pressed overhead.

 

C2B Pullups: The chest (any point between the sternum and collar bones) must make contact with bar at the top of the movement.  Arms must be fully extended at the bottom of the movement.  Deadhang, kipping, and butterfly C2B pullups are acceptable.  For chin over bar pullups, the chin must break the plane of the bar.  Arms must be fully extended at the bottom of the movement.  Deadhang, kipping, and butterfly pullups are acceptable.
