Team SuperFit Philadelphia: Workout #1



In 6 minutes: Each team member will establish a 3rm STOH (shoulder to overhead)

Rules: Each team will receive 6 minutes to establish a 3rm STOH. The bar must be pulled from the floor. Press, push press, push jerk, and split jerk are all acceptable. For a 3rm to be established, an athlete must pull the bar from the floor and move the bar to an overhead position in any manner. Each rep must be fully locked out with the knees, hips, and elbows fully extended with the bar over the body. The athlete must perform 3 consecutive reps to establish his/her 3rm. If an athlete is no repped they do not have to start over, they must simply perform another rep. If an athlete drops bar after a rep, they MUST start over. Athletes must wait for a “good” or “down” call from the judge after each rep.

Scoring: Total weight between teammates.
