SuperFit Rubicon Event Information

We are all looking forward to a great competition this Saturday! Below you will find a schedule for the day, as well as some additional event information. They will be posted on our website and facebook page.

Check-in

All competitors must check themselves in to sign our waiver, get your competitor number, and collect your athlete bag. We will have an early check-in a CrossFit Rubicon from 6:00-7:00pm on Friday. Saturday check-in starts promptly at 6:45am and ends promptly at 7:45am. If you can make early check-in, it will help things run smoothly on Saturday. In order to ensure the event runs on schedule, please check in on time. Regardless of when you check-in, all competitors to be present by 7:45am on Saturday.

SuperFit Rubicon will be comprised of 3 events with a Final Workout for the top 5 competitors in each division.

After the event, MuscleDriverUSA will be selling the competition bars for $275. If you would like to reserve one of these bars, please email michelle@muscledriverusa.com.  Additional competition plates are for sale.  Talk to the folks at the MDUSA tent on Saturday!

8:15 AM – Introduction, WOD#1 Athlete Briefing

8:30 AM – WOD#1 Begins

11:15 AM – WOD#2 Judge Briefing

11:30 AM – WOD#2 Athlete Briefing

11:48 AM – WOD#2 Begins

1:50 PM – WOD#3 Judge Briefing

Scoring: We are using place points scoring. Points will be awarded based on the standings of the athlete in that given event. First places gets one point, and whoever has the least number of points at the end of the day wins. Ties will be broken by whoever had the highest place across any of the day’s workouts. The Final WOD will be for the top 5 teams in each division and will be worth double points; first place 2 points, seconds place 4, etc..

Spectator Fee is $10, cash only. Kids 16 and under are free. All spectator entrance will be going directly to support the Crossroads Adaptive Athletic Alliance and the Working Wounded Games.
