How to pack your bag to be prepared for a SuperFit Event

SuperFit events are awesome--seriously--but when you show up you’re in for a full day  You need to have everything you’ll need to be ready to crush the events.  Here’s what we recommend:

  • ANYTHING YOU’VE EVER NEEDED TO WORK OUT.  Compete like you train.  If you use weightlifting shoes, bring them.  If you use tape, have a roll.  Wrist wraps?  Yes.  Knee Sleeves?  Yes. Headband?  That too.  Have everything and anything that you’ve ever used to workout with, even if you think it won’t be necessary.  It’s better to have than have not (and if you’re paranoid, like us, have two of everything).

  • In the previous article we gave recommendations for what you eat but we would be remiss if we didn't mention to bring the food that works for you.  If you’re a person that MUST eat before you train, make sure your bag is loaded with snacks.  If you’re someone who hates training on a full stomach, bring along foods that are light and easily digestible.  You need to refuel but you need to be smart about how you do it.
